Really disappointed. This was one of my favourite cafes in Ashford and I was utterly disappointed with the food and the customer service for the first time in 4 years. I am not usually a nightmare customer, however, I was presented with the disaster in the image which was meant to be a jacket potato. It was swimming in grease from the baked cheddar on top, and the beans were incredibly soupy. The server made a snark comment, asking whether I've had a jacket potato before 🤣. Had a really nice time at the cafe. I like the design and set up , open and welcoming. There is an option to seat on the sofa near like the fire pit but not sure if it's real or more of a display. Staff were reasonably friendly and helped out when I had a question. The food was amazing and came out on time without any delays.

A very pleasant place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, which made the experience even better. The coffee was delicious, and the sweet cheese pierogi were absolutely amazing Highly recommended!
