Nice cafe, cozy and relaxing. Always a little bit of queue but never "dramatic" selection of sweets is big and fresh, and tastes good. Also coffee/cappuccino is good, vegan options available. Barista's yet always busy, they are nice friendly and polite. Worth definitely a visit ☺️

When we got here the queue was outside the door, the staff got through it so quickly it was great. When we got there the server I got, Jack was genuinely so fast and efficient. This guy got my food cooked and drinks made in minutes while directing members of staff. He even noticed I was struggling with the tray and directed another member of staff to help carry it over to my table. Plus he was super nice, he even got us a to go bag for our shortbreads we couldn’t manage to eat at the time. 10/10, insane service, good food and give this guy a raise.

Great experience at Caffè Nero! The coffee was rich and perfectly made, exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, even though it was busy. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Perfect spot to take a break while shopping at the outlet. I’ll definitely come back again!

The service was disappointing. The discount app was not working, and the staff did not seem interested in helping or finding a solution. I felt ignored as a customer. It would be good to improve both the app and the attitude of the staff.
