Deliveroo really messed things up on this one, but the restaurant handled it brilliantly. Even though my order hadn’t been properly sent through, they were patient, apologetic, and made everything fresh for me without any fuss. They actually stayed open later than they should have just to make sure I got my food, which I really appreciated. Big thanks to the team for going above and beyond, and sorry again if it seemed like I was annoyed at you. The issue was definitely on Deliveroo’s end, not theirs.

Ordered on Uber eats, as you can see, the wings are all soggy and completely soaked in oil. Tried dabbing off excess oil with tissue but they’re just grossly inedible. What happened to taking your time to make sure wings are well fried and crispy? And let’s not start with the tiny dried out crumbs they now call chips. So disgusting. Complete waste of money.
