Are takeaway customers entitled to the same product? I would simply ask why you don’t have an option that can be fulfilled. I ordered a Colonel’s 3 piece meal. Delivery time was great. Thank you. You should insist that your staff understand this. A thigh maybe and a breast! I received 3 drumsticks. As nice as they were , please KFC help?

I am currently pregnant and I had a very bad experience at KFC Ashington. I ordered fries, fried chicken, wings, and chicken fingers. The food was extremely salty — far beyond normal taste — and completely inedible. It honestly felt like the fries had been double-fried because they were overly hard, dry, and unpleasant. After eating the food, I became very unwell. I vomited and felt extremely sick afterward. As someone who is pregnant, this was very distressing and concerning. Will give it a 2 at best, ordered through uber eats and looked like they just popped in chips and chicken that had been sitting for ages as was luke warm when it arrived. The boneless banquet for one was edible but the so called zinger salad was given to the dog aa some remedial just chucked it in a box, quite a difference from what it was supposed to look like
