“Great service friendly atmosphere and good food”

⸻ Poor Review for McDonald’s, Warrington Street, Ashton-under-Lyne Very disappointed with the poor customer service from the manager, Chloe. We were served burnt food, and when I raised a complaint, she was unhelpful and refused to offer a refund or replacement at the time. Later, during the investigation, she falsely claimed she had offered a refund — which is untrue. She also stated the machine was broken that day, but if that was the case, the food should not have been served in the first place. Her attitude and customer service skills were shocking and completely unacceptable.

Ordered on deliveroo as a treat for my son who has recently had surgery. Not only was the food stone cold when it arrived, they sent 2 OUT OF DATE sugar donuts instead of the brownies we ordered. Don’t even get me started on the service when you go in store. Franchisees need to have a good look at how truly awful this store consistently is.

I recently ordered food from McDonald's through Uber Eats (Order #354, code 118CF) and was very disappointed. The order arrived sealed, as shown on the receipt, but two Oreo Flurries that I paid for were missing. I received the 9 nuggets, the sweet and sour sauce, and 3 curry sauces, but the two Oreo Flurries were nowhere to be found. It's obvious the mistake happened at the McDonald's restaurant during preparation. This is frustrating because the package was properly sealed, so there was no tampering during delivery.
