I visited with my family and one of our drinks had an unsecured lid, resulting in the drink spilling all over my sister, the table, and floor. Accidents can happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. When we informed staff, there was no apology or concern shown — we were simply handed tissues.
