Given wrong burger, missing kids nuggets, half filled boxes of chips and whopper looked like spmeone vollied it down a close. Tried to return food at 7.45pm (shop closing was 8pm) but they had already locked up and were cleaning and ignored me. It was clear they gave us whatever they had left and threw it to the delivery driver as they didnt want to cook anything fresh and get shut up early. Avoid.

I often give fast food outlets some leeway & room on account of them usually being run by inexperienced youngsters with little to no concept of old fashioned customer service skills, however I was very pleasantly surprised after visiting Burger King in Ayr high street. Staff were welcoming as well as busy, our server was a middle aged gent and our food was prepared promptly. My only complaint was the burgers could have had a little more dressing (bacon on one side only, same with the lettuce) however they were quite busy, so nearly full marks all round this time. Best service I've received at
