I’ve been to different spoons branches, but this specific was better than expected! Usually, you know what to expect with a chain, but here was on another level. What impressed me most, though, was the speed—the service was incredibly fast without feeling rushed. The building is beautiful. Love it.

Sorry to say having spent the last fortnight whilst on holiday. Often frequenting Weatherspoons. This as to be the most mismanaged house around. Last Thursday no sauces. No mayonnaise or sweet chilli. An off hand remark with no apology didn't cut it. Today no ice. Again there are ways round it. Ie storing some bags prior to cleaning machine. The simplest thing would be to tell the customer before handing out insepid drinks. Thus our complaints. Note 6 days later still no chilli sauce. Staff acting as though they don't want to be here.

Beautiful building and interior. We went on a Tuesday evening. It was extremely busy and very loud but that was to be expected. I ordered via the app and was served promptly. My colleague however was given the wrong food and had to wait a while before his correct order was served. All in all, for me, very good.
