visited balham social recently and really enjoyed the experience. the restaurant combines indian favourites with modern fusion dishes in a stylish and welcoming setting. standout dishes for me were the chilli paneer, 1990’s chilli chicken, harissa scallops and the lamb shank madras. the butter chicken had a rich, flavourful tomato gravy, while the garlic and peshwari naans were perfect for scooping up the curries. the elderflower raspberry cooler was refreshing, and the pineapple & coconut lassi was creamy and well-balanced. a few dishes were slightly overcooked, but overall the flavours were

We had a very enjoyable meal for 4 in a very hot Balham. We sat inside and no need to book even though we did. We ordered everything to be delivered asap. A great mix of authentic Indian food. Great music to bop along to as well. A great and cool evening!!
