Almost every time I order delivery from here, there is an item or multiple items missing? I get it’s fast food and mistakes happen occasionally, but every time? The drive through is always fine though - this makes me wonder if it’s the young staff playing a joke. Honestly so annoying, it’s not hard to put items in a bag and if you aren’t capable of such a simple task then you shouldn’t be working there.

Went to drive-thru ordered 2x cheeseburgers with extra onion, got cheeseburgers with no onion at all. It evan says on wrapping extra onion. This has happened on 3 occasions now been given a wrong order. Seriously it shouldn't be that difficult 😒

Placed order on Justeat, delivery time was 30 mins is now over 1 hour and 20 minutes and that is still not a guarantee, so order cancelled. Also on 3 occasions when I have used the the drive thru for Breakfast the same person has forgotten to put the bacon bap into the bag. Burgers on so many occasions are badly prepared. The hamburgers are not placed between baps properly, it's an absolute mess. Most of the ingredients is in the box rather then between the baps, they do no care at all. Staff Incapable of recognising their own mistakes on countless occasions, been charged for food I didn’t receive on more than one occasion and told I was lying. I’ve had multiple orders from just eat and uber eats where they confirm my order but never send the driver, every time this has happened this store has not answered their phones to correct their mistakes or give me a reason for it, I have had to get taxis or drive down and even then I get 0 help from the staff.
