Traveled 42 minutes for what I thought would be a sweet treat… turns out the only thing bitter was the experience. Staff were so rude I genuinely wondered if I’d accidentally walked into a customer service training video titled “what NOT to do.” No smiles, no help, just vibes of inconvenience the whole time. Also, in 2026… no milk alternatives?? Not even one?? I’ve seen more variety in a petrol station fridge. Honestly, the journey there had more warmth than the service I got inside. Safe to say I won’t be making that 42-minute pilgrimage again anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience this weekend, I came in excited for a nice ice cream in this warm weather instead I was immediately rushed ordering by a dark-haired girl with an unreasonable attitude towards me and her other co workers… hostile to say the least. I have been let down. I do not understand how this behaviour is allowed in the workplace.

I ordered "Classic Hazelnut Waffle" with 2 scoops of ice cream, one with Nutella, the other with Salted Caramel, pieces of Kinder Bueno, roasted peanuts and to magnify it all, I was added a nice chocolate sauce on the top. The presentation was not great, but the taste was delicious and especially the salted caramel ice cream which had a divine texture and a fabulous taste, the crunchy peanuts and the chocolate sauce made this dessert irresistibly naughty 😋
