Entered the shop . Ordered a pizza . Gent if u can call him that grunted something at me . I said pardon and he slammed two pizza boxes in the counter and said I ask what size. I apologised that I hadn’t heard him . He then proceeded to bang tubs of food in front of me . Told him to leave it and I would go elsewhere . Trying to support local businesses and being treated like this is shocking . Never mind Dominos got my order where customer service was good . The guy should maybe take a customer service test or he will bankrupt this place .

Ordered a food for delivery, was 1hr 20m after being told 45 min. Driver rang unsure of the address which was given over the phone and repeated at the end of the call. Food obviously went back to the shop and was microwaved again. Pizza was like a brick and stone cold where both kebabs were absolutely scolding hot you couldn’t even put it in your mouth. Lettuce had went brown and was mush obviously from the microwave food had 0 taste and was like rubber. Been coming here for a while now and never again after that. Absolutely disgusting. £30 for absolute filth

I’ve been using Piccolas for year but tonight I seriously need to reconsider. Order chicken Kabab on chip with mushrooms & onions, mixed Kabab on chip with mushrooms & onions (no peppers) on either and a cheesy Garlic bread. Before leaving the shop I double checked that no peppers on either. There was. They re-cooked both Kababs again and guess what. PEPPERS AGAIN. 🤢🤮 FFS NO PEPPERS. NOT DIFFICULTY.
