I must say I live on the coast where fish and chips are a plenty and fresh from the sea…. But oh wow… this place is amazing spotlessly clean lovely atmosphere and extremely welcoming owner in Hal. Please please if you fancy fish and chips do not look past this place, the best ever served very hot and throughly enjoyable. First class you won’t be disappointed! Childs meal below big enough for me with a small appetite.

So I’ve just came out of this chip shop thinking my meal would be nice. It’s more than nice. It is horrible. I spoke to the manager called Hal He said next time I come in and use his name he will rectify the problem. The person who did the portion of chips was a young girl. The chips look like they’ve been double triple dunked in oil not fresh. You can see by the picture the manager tried to tell me not to do a bad review. I find that very controlling. but if I do go in to the chip shop, I might rectify my review, but I will have to think of it

I've recently converted to Seine Rigger fish and chip shop. I have no idea, (apart from it's in totally the opposite direction of my house) Why I've never heard of it before. I'm from the Kent side of Croydon and now will ONLY COME HERE 😍 The Chips are CRUNCHY!!! They taste absolutely gorgeous. We come here also because they are THE BEST gluten free Fish and chip shop I've been to... And there have been a few... Thank you Hal you are the BEST 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🫶🏻🥰🎉

My aunty and uncle were visiting from Switzerland and they love having fish and chips when they come to England. This was honestly the best fish and chips we had all had in a long long time. The chips are fantastic. Lovely taste (I think it’s the oil they are cooked in helps make it) light and crispy on the outside , fluffy potato on the inside. Mushy peas had a nice twist to them with the mint and tasted fresh but still traditional. 10/10!!
