Massive disappointment. Dangerous food safety issue.I absolutely love Turkish food and eat it regularly, but my experience at this restaurant was terrible and deeply concerning. On this occasion, I was served completely raw meat and, to make matters worse, I found pieces of plastic inside my food.I am attaching photos as proof of what happened. This is an unacceptable kitchen error and a severe breach of hygiene and food safety standards. I hope management takes urgent quality control measures. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I visited this Turkish restaurant last week and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued throughout our visit. The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell that great care goes into every dish. From the starters to the main course, every bite was delicious.

Very nice people and beautiful food I asked for both rice's in the kebabs they was proper kebabs I got a large chicken shish that was proper nice. It was a good portion even gave me two diffrent rice's inside that was beautiful I also got a large chicken donner kebab that was huge and tasted very nice with two diffrent rice's and 1 medium lamb donner and 1 large lamb donner they was both beautiful both also had two different rice's aswell so me and my family was so happy the salads ans sauces they gave us was spot on they also treated me to a humas and another item I wasn't sure what that was

Wood Oven We ordered the Adana kebab and chicken grill, and both were tasty and cooked well. We also had the crispy calamari platter – the calamari was fine and cooked just right. The kebab was especially flavorful and satisfying. We did find two hairs in the food, which was a bit off-putting, but the taste overall was still good. The Shake Bueno we ordered was also delicious and a nice way to end the meal. Overall, good flavors and enjoyable dishes, but hygiene could be improved.
