The Old George has become mine and my fiancée’s favourite breakfast and brunch spot after my weekend training sessions, and we genuinely look forward to going every time. The food is fantastic, the staff are always welcoming and friendly, and there’s a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One of the biggest positives for me is the wide gluten-free selection, which can be hard to find done properly, but The Old George always delivers. The sweet treats are also always a winner I often eat one before my meal and then buy more to takeaway on the way out 😂 Highly recommend to anyone lo

Me and my brother came from breakfast an we were a bit worried the cafe was full but there was a whole other downstairs bit we didn’t know about so that was convenient. I got the scrambled egg on toast which was lovely the toast wasn’t too hard which I find at other places, super buttery and soft. I will say though that it was very expensive for what it was but I still enjoyed it and would get it again. My brother got their chicken burger. The ice tea was lovely too :) overall good vibes and I’d come back again. Sorry about the picture, remembered to take one when we were halfway done 😂

Great food and service. We had to wait 15 or so minutes for a table but it was well worth it(and we were a group of 6). I had the Turkish eggs and a hot chocolate. Both were perfection. 😁 will definitely come back!!

Incredible coffee shop, our go to place when we feel like a great cup of coffee but was a little let down by the food and then all was corrected by the wonderful service. They always serve a well made cup of coffee and we will always stop here for one, the bowl of congee was absolutely incredible, alot of thought has gone into this dish and you could tell by the taste, I would highly reccomend this dish. BUT the tiramisu pancakes was a let down, cold, stodgy pancakes that were hard to swallow, they looked absolutely incredible but could do with a few more additions. As they asked how it was
