Chocolate twist was nice and they warmed it up for me, I like that they consistently have chocolate twists. Honeycomb frostino and mocha was very tasty also. Staff were really nice and helpful and I had a nice chat with a nice man who worked there while he made my drink (didn't catch his name but he was quite tall with a moustache)!

Not having oat milk is becoming a regular thing with all Costas now. Also, please and thank you don’t seem to be in the staff vocabulary either. You can smile and tell me to have a good day, but if you don’t say please when asking for money, or thank you when I hand it over, I’m going elsewhere in future!
