⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing customer service! I mentioned in the notes on my order that the fish was quite hard the last time I ordered. Not only did they make sure the fish was perfect this time, but they also included an extra piece of fish and a free bottle of Pepsi with a lovely handwritten note. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely listens to customer feedback and goes above and beyond to make things right. The food was delicious and the kindness shown was greatly appreciated. Amazing fish and chips, huge portion of fish and the same with the chips. First time I've ordered as a delivery and have never had food from here before. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Ordered from here a month ago and we received a mouldy bread roll, the chips were also disgusting. We didn’t eat any of it. Tried to contact the store, didn’t answer our calls or respond to our emails, shocking customer service. Unless you want to get poorly from this place, don’t order from here! An apology would’ve also been nice but clearly they don’t care about their customers!

Great service from the guys at golden fry in Grantham I think this is the only fish and chips shop open all day 11:00am -11:00pm they all used to be like that at one time the food we had from her was very tasty 5 star
