I don’t normally review things but this cafe is the worst I’ve tasted , it was absolutely rotten , greasy and cheap grisly sausage , egg was full of grease and smelt so bad. I am unhappy with this order but I will never have food from here again that’s for sure. Disgusting oh and btw the bread is meant to be toasted it needs some life.

The food itself was nice, the bacon was lovely & thick. However the sausages were not lashfords. I asked the server to check with the kitchen and confirmed they were not lashfords. The sausages were cheap, really, really cheap. Shouldn’t be advertised on the menu. The server was polite & friendly. No music needs some ambience. I would go again if the sausages were those advertised

Think it’s changed hands. Not sure how they can advertise a 5 star hygiene status. Filthy tables. Crumbs sticky hair on table. Filthy floor. Had breakfast didn’t serve what was ordered no apology given. The place was cold. 2 out of the 5 light bulbs not working flickering light. Very noisy owners talking loudly in one of the rooms. Such a shame as it’s been a great cafe till now

I ordered big breakfast, £10: not lashford sausage, Tesco tearaway tea bags, forgot my black pudding. All pretty rank tbh. it's a shame 'cus used to be half-decent but I think it's under new management & it's all a bit cheap & nasty. New owner (I think) sat dozing on a table, surly, unsmiling, 1 eye open on cash being handed over. Atmosphere was terrible, staff looked fed-up. it was freezing in there too, no heating on anymore. I ate in my massive motorbike jacket 😆. AVOID. Go to Chas Mann motorbikes across road, a few more ££ but miles better. Never again.
