So confused about the high rating. Ordered lunch meals 2 came to £19. Lamb kavurma which was spiced minced meat. I called and ordered as limited time for lunch break they told me to park in the church but there were no spaces - there is public carpark opposite the church. 20minutes later I arrived they had not even started cooking my order the guy on the counter didnt understand the menu or how to use the till. Nothing i ordered was fresh. It was taken out of fridge and reheated. Rice was old and dry. Lamb doner was from bain marie so could have been from yesterday. It was the greasiest I h

Honestly, Toprak Kebab is hands down one of the best kebab spots in Basingstoke — and that’s coming from someone who’s tried about 95% of the kebab places around here! The chicken is always juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly every time. Portion sizes are spot on too—you definitely get great value for your money. The team is super friendly, always up for a laugh, and really customer-focused. Whether I pop in or order online, the food and service are always top-notch. Can’t recommend them enough! Really recommend this place as their customer service is outstanding due to their friendliness and welcoming behaviour. They have the best kebab, grill (Turkish food) in Basingstoke. Every time I order the portion sizes are huge and the prices are reasonable. The shop’s interior is beautifully done
