Lovely Cafe inside Alice Park, was quite busy when we visited. Limited inside space but a large covered outside seating area. Sells coffee and cafe fare, went for a bacon butty which was lovely with crispy bacon, flat white was also fine. Nice pit stop on the walk

Even though they were down a staff member and I arrived in the middle of the post football club rush the lady's in the cafe knocked out yet another perfect breakfast. Alice park cafe has got to one of the best breakfasts in Bath.

Independently run cafe on the edge of the park with an extensive menu for adults and children. Located alongside the playground so it is a big favourite with families. Late opening on Friday evenings in the summer often with entertainment. Extensive views over the park. Community allotment on site too. They are looking for volunteers to help with this project. Car parking available on site and located off London Road near the A46 roundabout.

We visited the café expecting to have food, as there were no signs displayed to say it had stopped being served. Menus were still available to pick up, so naturally we tried to order. Unfortunately, we were met with a very abrupt response of “we aren’t serving food”. I asked politely if it might be possible to at least prepare a children’s ham sandwich, but was again met with a blunt “no”, with the explanation that staff were on lunch breaks. On a busy Sunday, this seems like poor planning — especially when a simple solution could have been to pause hot food service but still offer sandwiches
