I had such a great time here this morning with my 3-yo son!! The person who served us (Terri) really went above and beyond for us: she made an amazing ''bear'' latte art on my latte, which my son adored, gave him a straw for his orange juice, and helped us go upstairs (since I had a pushchair to carry). It's the second time I come to this café with my son and the staff has been amazingly friendly with him both time (which makes him feel so good about himself!). We really enjoyed sharing a croissant, and my coffee tasted great! We'll come again for sure!

The cleanliness is appalling, they do not seem to bother wiping the tables which is a basic, but generally the shop needs a proper clean. Food choices are often very limited and the way the tongs are thrown in the baskets does not look hygienic. They seem to have moved the furniture around to reduce the seating available which is rather odd. This shop used to be OK but has gone badly downhill. At least they weren't using the frequent trick of saying takeaway cups only today. Caffe Nero needs to up their game they have gone badly downhill recently and there are plenty of alternatives in Bath

My partner and I visited this Caffè Nero about 45 minutes before closing. Even though the coffee and cake was good, the staff had already put most of the chairs on the tables, and it felt like they wanted us to leave. They didn't offer to get us a chair, and they only served drinks in takeaway cups even though we were staying in. It was a very disappointing experience.

Some of the friendliest and most welcoming baristas every time I go here, including Nico, Christy, and Damian. Atmosphere is conducive to studying and they are more than happy to let you sit there for a couple of hours with a drink and take advantage of the free WiFi. Great aircon as well which is perfect for this time of year. One of my favourite cafes in Bath and one that I frequently visit!
