Had such a lovely experience at Maaya in Bath! ✨ We tried the biryani, chicken momos, chicken noodles, and enjoyed it all with lemon soda and Coke — everything was full of flavour and really satisfying. But what made the evening truly special was the staff. It was my birthday, and even though we didn’t have a cake, they went out of their way to make it memorable by decorating a plate with gulab jamun and writing “Happy Birthday” on it. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! ❤️ Big thanks to the team for putting in the effort and making my day so beautiful. Definitely a place I’d recommend for

I cannot believe I have never been here before! The delicious aroma of fresh India street food practically carried me through the door and I recieved a warm welcome despite being a solo diner (some places are not so welcoming when you dine alone!) Came across this little place quite by accident. Did not disappoint! We had the tapas style dishes, everything was really fresh and tasty but highly recommend the sweet and spicy paneer. Cute quirky decor, friendly staff and a nice cold draught kingfisher. This street food made a really pleasant change from the usual anglicised curry places with dishes that were new to us both though the menu featured some classics too. There were plenty of vegetarian options, great place!

We went to get some food to take away. The owner was a gem, really friendly and he kindly offered us complementary drinks on top of a discount. Food absolutely delicious! We had samosas, Paneer masala and garlic naan, everything was perfectly seasoned. The restaurant itself also looked cool :)
