Absolutely disgusting place. I stopped in with my child for a quick snack. We got inedible, cold, old fries...they ended up in the trash. The upper floor with the additional seats was filthy everywhere...a nightmare. Avoid.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sia at this McDonald’s branch for her wonderful service. She welcomed us with a warm smile and a very positive attitude, which immediately made us feel comfortable. She was kind, cooperative, and handled everything with great professionalism. Even when I asked her to clean the table, she responded so politely and did it with a great attitude, which truly made the whole experience more pleasant. It’s small actions like these that make a big difference, and Sia really made our visit a great one. I hope the management recognizes her efforts and reward

Check your order before leaving we were a portion of chips short. Not to mention that one was only half full, to which I took back for them to top up to a normal and correct sized portion. Which you are quite within your rights to, the thing that gets me the most was they threw my original chips away and gave me a fresh full portion. Food waste comes to mind when I only wanted the difference popped into my chips 🍟 after all foods not cheap these days and you should get what you pay for

I waited literally 15 minutes for a mayo chicken burger. At 10 minutes I asked a staff to check on my order and he was polite. Then at 15 mins I asked a manager and she looked at me blank faced, no apology, no "pls wait I go check", absolutely nothing and walked away. Then she came back with my burger without saying anything, not even a sorry!. Worst Mcdonald's ever.
