Great food and drinks. Mezcal Bloody Mary was excellent. Sunday chicken roast and the rump was very good, the croquettes were outstanding. The service is friendly and ambience is good especially the open space at the back which is non smoking. The pricing felt a bit higher than usual but a great pub nevertheless.

We just arrived to London on a Sunday, and made a reservation to try the traditional Sunday Roast, for dinner. It was delicious! Really good! And also ordered a traditional fish and chips, also very well done, no grease att all. Tried 3 different beers. Highly recommend 👌

I am a solo business traveller looking for a place for lunch on a Sunday. I have visited many pubs in London. I must say The Mall Tavern is one of my most highly rated one. First impression I was warmly greeted by this gentleman. He graciously got me a seat at the bar. Along came the bar lady and a chatty, bubbly lady that help me with the drinks and menu. Everyone make me feel genuinely welcome. The Drinks I love the Apple Cider and Rhubard Cider. The Food Love the hot buttery bone marrow to bits. The scotch egg was perfect. An enchanting Victorian pub on the corner of Kensington Mall and Palace Gardens Terrace. The Mall Tavern delights. Excellent service from the amiable staff. A wide and eclectic offering of beers, ciders, stouts, lagers and things I couldn't identify! There is a small courtyard garden at the rear of the building and further outside seating by the terrace. An upstairs dining area for any occasion. Also, plenty of dining room on the ground floor and a basement that features live music several nights a week. Plenty of food on offer earning the description "GastroPub". A great place to visit.
