Yous have got to be the worst McDonald's in Scotland and I used to work in the one in silverburn!! My own fault I suppose for continuing to order from you but today was the last time. Every single thing in the bag stone cold, I asked for coke and I got diet coke, it came completely flat and watery. By the looks of it everybody has had the same experience so I'm confused as to why you remain open/why you still have staff. Just an absolute joke

Everything about this is terrible. I've had missing items which I phoned to complain about. I was then told they cannot give me my items and to deal with customer support in the app. Its completely useless being Ai which directs me to uber eats which then directs me to the App. This App does not let me show my receipt meaning this McDonald's has essentially robbed me. This is a repeat offense with Anniesland Mcdonalds DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE. IF IN PERSON, TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ITEMS ARE ALL THERE! Food was cold, cheese not melted on burgers and chips freezing and like rubber. I had my young daughter with me and even she couldn't eat the food. We were surrounded with drunk teenagers being excessively loud and vulgar. Couldn't get a parent & child parking for rude Just-Eat drivers.

Never usually eat here but use McDonalds all week, just for drive through coffee... Large Americanos with lots of ice, only 18 calories, and gives you a bang. Their coffee actually pisses all over Starbucks and Costa! Waiting for new tyres at next door KWIKFIT West End Anniesland , so tried a bacon roll which was excellent.
