I recently visited Papilio, and the food was absolutely sublime. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. We ordered our starters from the à la carte menu and our main courses from the set menu. There was no issue at all combining the two, and our waiter was fantastic about it. He made us feel completely comfortable and was very relaxed and accommodating throughout the evening. The service we received from Chris, Tasha, and even the owner, Alex, was exceptional. They were all warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. My friend and I had a wonderful experience

This is one of my favourite places to eat. There is always good quality food available and I always recieve service with a smile. I often come in/recommended friends to eat here and they have enjoyed their experience here too. I visited this establishment that I’ve been wanting to try out for quite some time. They were the only restaurant I could find in Beckenham that sold a Tomahawk steak so I had a business lunch there with my colleague and we had Mac and cheese for starters and salt and pepper squid. Both of these were perfectly cooked very fresh and hot with excellent flavours and super presentation particularly for the squid. We treated ourselves to the 700 g Black Angus Tomahawk steak requesting a medium rare and it did not disappoint. It was cooked on the charcoal grill giving it immense flavour but was als
