We visited Nando’s at Finchley O2 yesterday evening after a full day out, and it was honestly such a great experience. We hadn’t made a reservation and it was very busy when we arrived, but a staff member immediately cleared a table for us and we were seated within 2 minutes – which was so appreciated. The food arrived quickly after we ordered and everything tasted delicious. We had halloumi for starters, chicken wraps and boneless chicken thigh meals for mains, and of course ice creams for dessert. Everything was fresh, hot and exactly what we needed after a long day. What really stood out

Lovely service, infact AMAZING service from Sara. She was so accommodating and so skilled in helping us feel served and valued. Our food from the kitchen was sent to us cold but Sara handled it right away, she kept checking in to see if we were satisfied and if not for Sara, we would’ve never came back to this branch again.

Just order to pick up from O2 Shopping Centre Nandos. I ordered Fully Loaded Chips which is my favourite and the chicken was not cooked well and very bad tasting. I also got a hair in the too of the Chips. I never had worse experience that this. Not worth the money for this disgusting food with hair inside I threw away the order as i was disgusted

Had such a good experience at Nando’s today! I ordered for pickup since I had a bus to catch, and they had it ready right on the dot. Big shoutout to Niki—she was super sweet and helpful, honestly made my day. Service was on point, and everything went so smoothly.
