Ive not been KFC in about 8 years, I remember it being banging. However, boneless chicken strips are baby size, fillet burger was like a mini fillet, chips were ok. But worst of all the price, £10.50 or more per meal!!! Don't bother and just order a take away, really poor value for money. Staff were lovely though.

Ordered 2x boneless banquets in the drive through (think soulless banquets would be an appropriate name) and a chicken side…..at over £29!!! The quality of the food was absolutely appalling the chicken must have been stood for ages as it was tough and the chips were soggy and non existent! I couldn’t eat the beans as they were rock hard and my wife’s gravy was like water!! Never ever shall we return here it’s an absolute disgrace and a complete failure! The manager should be regularly checking the food being served to customers to ensure its quality. It’s £29 and I’m really disgusted that we p

Was the only person ordering in drive thru and was told to park up. 30mins go by and no food is brought out, but cars that were parked over 10minutes after me had been and gone. After 30mins I asked where my food was and the said they’d missed my order and had to figure out why. Staff were very helpful afterwards to resolve this but it’s very disappointing to wait this long, especially when it’s very quiet.

So KFC across the UK has gone down hill as have many other fast food places. This one is not unlike many others where they cannot seem to stack a burger correctly, Krushem’s are not what they used to be, pointless having a massive straw when I could drink it through a strainer it’s that watery. Chicken tasted like it was on its last legs in terms of best before date. The simplest of things is when someone out back on a day that’s not busy cannot even be bothered to stack a burger correctly and it’s more leaning than that tower of Pisa in Italy.
