What a lovely tapas restaurant with air conditioning—a welcome escape on a hot day! The £16 lunch deal is fantastic value, and the food exceeded expectations. The pork belly with apple purée was delicious, and the black tiger prawns were plump and perfectly cooked. Friendly, attentive staff made the experience even better. Already planning my next visit to try more of the tapas menu. Highly recommended!

I would literally eat here everyday if I could. Friendly and accommodating staff, dog friendly which is always a huge bonus, really nice atmosphere and good vibes. The food is bloody incredible, I literally have dreams about the courgette flower, the tortilla was great, and generally a really good selection of veggie options, which is actually a pleasant surprise for a tapas place! It’s a little pricey but worth it in my opinion!

Found El Ganso on Google Maps as I wanted to eat somewhere local and I was not disappointed at all. I went for their express lunch and ordered bread to start with and 3 tapas dishes. The bread was tasty. The tapas was prawns, belly pork and aubergine with hummus. Food was amazing and I also paid extra for the spanish cheesecake which was sooo good! Reasonably priced also. I was served by Efe and Pepe and Efe helped me with recommendations as I was spoilt for choice. Great service also! Would definitely come back
