Useless. Every *single* time you order a Double Quarter Pounder, they give you a single. The box says double, extra pickles, extra onions, the receipt does, but the burger is a single. Weirdly they can get it right if you go in to order, so I can only assume they are deliberately stiffing the JustEat orders to save money. And of course if you call them, they claim there's nothing they can do because its "JustEats responsibility" No, it isn't. JustEat took the order I gave them, gave it to you, then they food you gave them, and delivered it here. They did their job. You keep repeatedly gettin

Today's visit was a first for us. Never had a McDonald's before and never will again. Burger very skinny, tasteless and looked awful. The sauce tasted like seafood sauce and the cheese was just a rubbery slice. The whole thing just slid about as you tried to hold it. Awful 👎

Exceptional customer service for a McDonald's. Staff very attentive and hardworking plus helpful, especially when you consider how busy they were. Restaurant was clean and tidy plus free WiFi obviously a bonus.

4th time ordering from here for delivery and every single time order is wrong or they forget sumthing or dont add the promotion items like this time its the cards, when u pay for the card meal deal u expect to get the bloody cards when ur paying the extra, how the staff get this wrong when ur order is literally displayed on a screen is mental. So if u order from portrack stay away from promotions and dont pay for them, stick to basic meals very basic so u dont confuse the staff
