Went after the Billingham Festival, it was busy when we entered, but only a couple of people at the bar. Found a table easy and sat, was hoping to have quite a few drinks and food. Ordered on the app, the food came out (pizza was wrong but it was a bit busy and staff looked stressed) I ordered an orange and water pint, this took 35 minutes to arrive, ordered 2 shots which also took another 30 mins, they were curdled and not nice. In the meantime I ordered 2 cocktails and waited. I asked the lady delivering the drinks and got a "we have 19 orders!", oakies, finished the food, waited more. I was

So, my friend and I, who often have food here, decided to order a plain chicken wrap? Reading the menu, and making sure it came with nothing spicy as I’m allergic to chilli? Asked at the bar and advised I’d be fine? It looked ok until we bit into it. It was extra hot and spicy and made me quite unwell. There was hot chilli sauce in the wrap! I spoke to a waitress and asked her why the menu never stated the chicken would come with an extremely spicy chilli sauce? Her response was so derogatory and extremely unhelpful, “ nothing to do with me, you should’ve asked for no sauce”! There was NO sauc

Been here twice for a birthday & on a hen do. Both times the staff have been great. Service was quick on both occasions & the food & drinks were great. Nice atmosphere inside & plenty of space between tables.

Hi everyone I only had a quick pint today outside no food although I have had food there before and we all know what that’s about. I do like the location as it used to the 3 cooks for those of you who can remember. I would recommend as it is cheap and cheerful.
