Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, and the entire order was ruined purely due to negligent packaging. The coffee was placed in a flimsy brown paper bag with no seal whatsoever, alongside the food. Unsurprisingly, it leaked during delivery and completely soaked the bagel!! This isn’t a minor oversight—it’s basic incompetence. Any food business offering takeaway or delivery should know that unsealed hot drinks cannot be delivered safely like this. The driver was put in an impossible/awkward position; this is entirely on the company’s lack of care and standards!

Very busy I was very excited when they said the do gluten free bagels anyway I ordered a smoked salmon and vegan cream cheese bagel when it arrived it was smoked salmon with full fat cream cheese I end up sick right after, I had stomach cramps this is why I knew it was not vegan cream cheese. This was at the NEC in Birmingham.

Appalling service ordered 2 bagels and all the protein was out of stock they cancelled my order what type of management can't be asked to make sure stuff is in stock its not hard if something run out mark it asap on the delivery tablets out of stock so customers don't order food and are left disappointed and also why are there photos of some form a workshop in Ghana on the head office location not very professional restaurants that don't answer the phone ever are happy to take your money but not even have the common decency to answer the phone and for head office to also be in the same boat no

Ordered a salt beef melt on the poppy seed bread and my partner ordered a spicy chicken on cheese and jalapeno. Halfway through eating my salt beef I found what looked like mould on the bagel faint spots on the bagel that I hadn't noticed before which put me right off. My partner found no issue with her food at the time but had been pretty much glued to the bathroom ever since we got home it's a disaster from both ends. I can only advise people reading this on what to do but id say avoid this place the food even when up to scratch is mid at best when it's not making you ill and the restauran
