This my favourite cafe in Birmingham. I tried most of the their other cafes around the city but this one beats it all! Located in Brindleyplace next to Bank this cafe has an outdoor seating area. Inside plenty of seating available in every corner of the building. They have a high chair seating area plus big cozy lounge chairs with tables from 1 seat to 8 they have all here. They also have a book of the month stand selling books, gives it a cozy cafe atmosphere. Staff are really friendly and nice so that's a plus, makes it appealing to visit there multiple times. I am hoping this review will help improve hygiene and customer service. I want to start with something that really stood out to me. On Saturday morning (28th March), a young member of staff with very long nails was serving food and drinks. Personally, I already find extremely long nails a hygiene concern in that kind of environment. However, what made it worse was seeing her play with a customer’s dog and then go straight back to serving without washing her hands. This raised serious hygiene concerns for me.
