I visited with some friends on a weekday afternoon, and we were lucky it was very quiet. Upon arrival, you are required to read through and sign a set of house rules to ensure the cats' safety. There is also an entrance fee, but it directly funds the care and upkeep of the cats, which is a cause I'm more than happy to support. The café currently has 16 cats, and they have plenty of areas to play and relax. All of them were friendly, calm, and well-behaved. After having some time to think over our experience, I have to say I was unimpressed sadly. Once we eventually found the cafe, we were met by a lady who greeted us and asked us to read the rules. I had spotted through the window that there were a couple of workmen with a ladder and hoped they wouldn’t impact the visit as it was a surprise for my 4 year old. The cats are so well cared for and looked after and obviously in very good health. Service was a bit slow but the food and drink was very good - service only slow because the priority is the cats, as it should be! Staff clearly care a lot for the animals and it was just a lovely place to be. Will definitely come back - could happily spend hours here!

I visited this cafe during the Christmas period with my family, the location is very spacious. We only queued for a short time but you can reserve if you want to. On arrival, you need to sign in to show you understand the rules, simple things such as being courteous to the cats. Visiting time is an hour which is more than enough time. Whilst we were there, most of the cats were sleeping and a few were active. The cafe provides the cats with tunnels to escape customers if they want to. There was kitty merchandise available onsite.
