I have never had such a disgusting piece of food provided to me . The fillet o fish was so small and cold. They used to be so nice. Won't go to a McDonald's again

Watched someone in a brand new 2026 car (REG: EO26DJD) park in a disabled bay with no permit, then casually dump their food and rubbish on the ground before driving off. Brand new car, yet somehow no upgrade in basic decency. If this is happening in plain sight, it really makes you wonder whether any rules are actually enforced here. Might be time to check the CCTV and start taking it seriously.

I meant to leave this feedback before now but been so busy ... Sorry... 🫣 I received great service from Laiba last Wednesday, I used the drive through here at small heath... Laiba took the time to navigate my vouchers and Monopoly tokens and order the food. Very pleasant lady and very good at her job... The food was piping hot and served quickly. The whole experience was very refreshing as I'd previously been up north to Motherwell and the service and food was well below par !! This McDonald's is quite local to me and on my way home so I use this one more than others, the food and service
