Food was very delicious and hot, cooked very quickly and didn’t need to wait for table for long either. Staff is really polite and friendly. Guy who took our order was very respectful and kind.loved every bite of flavourful food and enjoyed it very much x. Definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy hot chicken meals x

I took the kids here for a meal before a show. We used the self-service machine to order & then sat down. With a total of about 35 minutes before the show started, time was tight. We sat there nervously waiting until the food came out about 20 minutes later. We knew we were going to have to ask for a doggy bag but at least got some grub inside us. I ordered a large which I didn't realise meant I got 2 sauces. I clicked on the Blue Cheese option but didn't realise it had done anything so clicked again. Therefore ending up with two of the same flavour which tasted quite sour and not much like bl

Around 21:20 I ordered a burger to have as takeaway on my journey back to London and I immensely regret it! The till staff member was lovely enough to let the chef know I was in a rush to get on the train. The chef was not happy about it as he was quite rude with the man behind the till and he ruined my burger out of spite. I have never received such a drenched disgusting burger. It looked like he emptied half the bottle of bbq sauce in the bun. It was inedible and caused a mess as I was opening it. The bun was soaked and soggy with sauce. This definitely was done on purpose and I am not happy

Spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. I was service was pretty ok, polite & friendly. The menu is mainly chicken, wings, tenders & burgers, with a couple of solid meat free options. The meat free Buffalo burger & garlic toast were both really good. Ordering at the kiosks and using the self serve drinks station is simple enough. The food could have been hotter upon arrival Overall, decent service & decent food.
