I really like this Sainsbury's in Leicester. It's a huge store, so you'll easily need at least an hour to look around properly. They have an excellent range of products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, groceries, books, chocolates, pet food for cats and dogs, and just about everything else you could need under one roof. The Tu clothing section is impressive, with a colourful and stylish collection for men, women, and children. There's plenty of choice, and the quality is good. One of the best features is the large free car park, with up to three hours of free parking, making shopping

Can’t believe i’ve not reviewed this sainsbury’s yet the amount of times we’ve been here. Initially just came for the argos (goodness me that argos has gone downhill since my last visit!) but we did needed a few bits of shopping too. I do like this sainsbury’s. My favourite in leicester perhaps. Partner was happy as he got all the bits he wanted for dinner. Blown away with the amount of items in the free from section today. And oh my gosh! I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Customer Service Centre located at the front. Honestly, I have never had a good experience dealing with them. Every time I’ve had to get in touch, it’s been frustrating, slow, and unhelpful. For a company of this size and reputation, the level of service is simply not acceptable. I genuinely hope they review their customer service standards and make serious improvements

Sainsbury’s on Melton Road is in a very good location and is one of the prime supermarkets in the area. It is easy to get to and has a lot to offer, including a big clothes section, a homeware section, and an Argos inside the store which is really handy. There is also a little café, though I believe it is currently being renovated. The downsides are that I have visited a couple of times and noticed out-of-date stock on the shelves, including mould on bread. On a recent visit, I saw a worker in the seasonal aisle filling shelves from his trolley while using his personal phone to watch football
