Awful is all I can say won't be going back. First time since the order machines are in.Ordered foot long spicy Italian and a chicken salad box. 4 bits chicken in salad, hash browns cold. Box full salad is just lettuce cucumber and small amount red onion. £15 something what a pure waste money Staff can't even great you when you walk in or out!! What ever happend to customer service won't be back. Feel like been robbed

Went in to order at counter and was told I had to use the pads to order, I asked "do I have to?" to the manager i believe who I was speaking to was abrupt and very rude in her manner saying "yes you do but I can help" I dont want to use the pads to order food as a lot of people are touching them and it is unsanitary. Her attitude is awful so cant imagine her keeping up on the shop cleanliness either. Wont be back. Terrible customer service the woman shouldn't work in that field if she cant speak to people.

No one in, told to order at the kiosk, even though that gives you the option to pay at the counter? It was a pityful experience, can't say I'll be going back. £9.30 for a single salad meal deal, could've gone to spoons and ordered of the app.

Ruined it with the digital order kiosks. Slowed it way down, was bad enough before, takes them half hour to make a snadwhich now, not worth going anymore.
