Positives: The aesthetic was nice and the food tasted great (despite the look of the beans). I enjoyed my blueberry matcha and the mocha was good. Both meals were tasty, and they had a selection of sauces on the side. Negatives: It was very cold inside the building. Some tables still had chairs upside down on them even though customers were present. The presentation of the full English wasn’t great, and the beans didn’t look very appealing. We went for a range of items starting with a classic Full English, can't go wrong here and you can choose between Lamb or chicken sausages which is great! We also had to try the Toasties which had really good flavours! It was slightly more on the salty side but the addition of the fries with parmesan greated on top made up for it! First impressions was amazing as its in a lively location and the cafe itself has ample car parking space and internally an externally a very pretty place. I ordered the full English breakfast and my friends ordered same but with different sides. I didn't like the sausages and also the falafels also but apart from that was OK. We came in around 8pm, at a mildly busy time and we ordered two burger meals with drinks. The food was incredible and the portions were fulfilling. I appreciated the decor and how cosy the atmosphere was however I must admit the initial service wasn’t great. Servers took around 15-20 minutes to attend our table and while I understand giving customers time to decide what to order, it took too long for them to come to our table.
