What a poor service, stood there for 10-15 mins no hello, no how can I help or hi what’s your order, just blank faces. When I asked where to order a lady said ‘here’ but still wasn’t asked for my order. After asking what’s going on, I was told by a staff member she thought i was a delivery driver and the response came with attitude rather than an apology. Nothing wrong with being a driver, but the lack of basic communication and manners was unacceptable. Terrible service, expected better, very disappointed.

You don’t even deserve one star — you’re not worth it at all, you’re just rubbish. Nobody should buy from this place. They work very slowly. I waited for my order for two hours, and even though they had charged extra to deliver it within 15 minutes, it was still extremely delayed. The food was really bad. The chicken smelled very unpleasant and I couldn’t eat it at all — I had to throw everything away. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I hope it gets shut down.

If i could give a zero i would absolutely freezing in that place asked if there was any heating on upstairs they said asked if any could be put on as it is really cold and cant enjoy meal was told no so sat in car and ate. Staff in back singing inappropriate songs and conversations were no not nice to listen to. Management needs to take a hard look at there staff and business before it goes down hill.

There's a few pepe's branches that are amazing, their service and food is 10/10. But this branch unfortunately is not one of them, the service is horrendous from the young lady giving the dirtiest of looks and not having the slightest of manners. Chicken absolutely dry and tasteless. Personally I'd avoid this branch.
