For drinks we had che ba mau, Sam bo loung (CEP herbal tea) and a bottle of still mineral water. We shared a banh cuon and bi cuon. Then we had pho tai, bo kho, pho dac biet (prawns, chicken and beef), bun no xao (rare beef pho), bun tom hue. This was more than enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. I finally made it to Cofa East Pho, and it honestly felt like one of those quietly satisfying meals you keep thinking about afterward. We started with the fresh summer rolls, and they were exactly what I was hoping for — light, clean, and packed with flavour. Wanna say amazing food and service everytime we come. Always get my usual Pho tai/ rare beef always hits the spot just so warming and flavorful especially for this cold weather right now. Would highly recommend their Pho and their starter banh cuon which is a rice pastry filled with pork and mushrooms topped up with the Vietnamese meat loaf on top, a spicy fish sauce is provided on the side. I would always order the homemade ice coffee or Che ba mau which is an ice drink, three layered with sweet red kidney beans, pandan jelly and coconut cream.
