This place is nice. The downstairs seating is nice sometimes it has a dampish smell down there and its a little cold. The staff here are A1. Always make sure that their customer service is always on point. Credit to them all ❤️ the drinks they make are always made with love and even better when I buy drinks for delivery.

I’ve been a loyal Costa customer for years, but my experience at this location was beyond disappointing. When I was trying to load the Costa app to redeem my points, I had some technical difficulties. Instead of being patient or offering to help, the store manager let out an exaggerated sigh and shot me a dirty look, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A little bit of patience and basic customer service would have gone a long way, but instead, I was made to feel embarrassed for something that was

Would've been 5 stars but toilet is revolting- hasn't been introduced to bleach in years. Staff member could've been deep cleaning it rather than standing vaping outside!
