Had a really wonderful experience at Creams Gelato. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our visit. We ordered the tiramisu hot chocolate, cappuccino, and sticky toffee pudding—each one was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the balance of sweetness and flavour was spot on. Overall, a fantastic dessert spot with great service and quality. I’d definitely go again—highly recommended for anyone visiting the nearby seafront!

We've been to multiple Creams across the country and this is with doubt the worst one we have ever been to. It's embarrassing that there is a Creams logo above this establishment. I had to double check when we left that we'd done in the right entrance. The service is absolute rubbish. None of the staff 'serving' on the evening of 25th August give a toss about customers. Whilst placing the order, the person taking it was too busy watching a video on their phone, and couldn't even be bothered taking their air pods out to hear properly This resulted in items being missing from the order, and

Popped in as my daughter wanted an ice cream. The guy serving didn’t look particularly happy to be at work but we still ordered. I asked for a vanilla cone with sprinkles and it was ok but we were charged £1 for sprinkles and there were barely any on the ice cream. It tasted ok but I’ll go elsewhere next time

Ergh the staff at this place are so rude, just get another job, one of the guys does not speak, brings food and puts it down without saying a single word, food came not in order things missing , the deserts themselves were nice but the staff make this place the worst so would never return due to this , staff rudeness seems a common theme re reviews so who ever is in charge needs to sort this seems crazy to keep having the same bad reviews about staff and doing nothing about it ! If you want a friendly service or even someone who speaks then go elsewhere
