So attentive, kind and friendly, answering our questions regarding the menu and making menu suggestions to us which we took up and were grateful we did as we loved everything! We even got offered free limoncello shots and complimentary hot chocolates after our desserts. The decor is fresh and sophisticated and the atmosphere was great as it was fairly quiet this evening, meaning we could have a good natter. It’s an absolute masterclass in flavor - perfectly balancing complex, delicious tastes in every single bite. Huge shoutout to Miia as well; her fantastic service made an incredible meal even better. The restaurant was very busy just before show time, but food and drinks arrived promptly, starter, main and desert. I have to mention the extraordinary chocolate mouse option. It was sensational! Served with sea salt and Olive Oil (on the side) to be added to taste. I highly recommend this. Thank you to our server Alexandria 😀
Graham Wilkinson★★★★★On a visit from Germany, we visited the O2 stadium.We chose Zizzi for our evening meal.Kate was our Waitress she was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions. The meal was excellent served very hot and fresh. When the bill came we were not certain about how a staff top worked, Kate explained everything in detail to us and explained that the tip was not a must! We assumed her that the quality and the service really required a tip. Many thanks to the Zizzi team
