We visited as a large group of 24 people, which is never easy to accommodate, especially when the restaurant was already very busy. Despite being full, the team went above and beyond to find us a table and make us feel welcome. We ordered six platters, and unfortunately there was an issue with part of our order, which was disappointing. However, what really stood out was how professionally and efficiently the staff handled the situation. Nando’s has become a bit of a joke. You pay £7.50 for a large portion of chips as part of full platter and barely get what looks like a small portion. I asked a member of staff if that was a large portion and was told, "That's how the prices are everywhere else, but do you want some more?" Of course I said no because I wasn't looking for special treatment. That's not really the point. The point is that charging £7.50 for what looks like a small portion of chips is ridiculous. Nando’s used to be good value, but this just feels like a a bit of joke ... not funny at all .

I ordered the Sunset Burger arrived with the bun badly burnt/charred. This was not slightly toasted, it was visibly blackened and should never have been served or packed for delivery. I contacted customer services and received a refund for the burger, but the refund is not really the point. The meal was ruined, and it is disappointing that something this obvious got past the kitchen and quality checks. I expected much better from Nando’s.

I visited Nandos, Stadium on the 16th of April and had a wonderful experience. My friend and I came to catch up and were both really satisfied with the food and service. The service was warm and friendly. A special shout out to the manager on shift, Kristina who was really nice. Chelsey also made our experience smooth, answering the questions we had. My favourite Nandos to come and visit. Exceptional food and great hospitality.
