Before we left Bognor in 2010, my good lady and I would regularly buy a takeaway from Fai's Kitchen and, for me, the star of the show was 54A - Chicken with Hot Garlic & Spring Onion Sauce. This weekend, we came back Bognor to see some relatives after 16 years, and a takeaway from Fai's Kitchen including an order for 54A just had to be on our menu.
