The has got to be the dirtiest McDonald's we have ever been in. Good and drink all over the floor a great big puddle of liquid was just left with a warning sign by it. No attempt to clean it up. Sauce on the stairs dangerous slipping hazard. There was even food and sauce on the walls . I would give this place a miss and find another McDonald's.

Had to wait for service, cleaner said "are you serving?", lad said "what you talking bout" whilst laughing. Exact order was Medium cheeseburger meal with honeycomb latte. 2 wrap of the day without lettuce Large strawberry shake. Lad said no shakes, then said there's no honeycomb latte, cleaner said that she had one at break, he then begrudgingly walked over and said "oh yeah, but there's no button for it" I said that it's not my fault, cleaner stood by and said are you sure, suddenly he found the honeycomb latte option. Irresponsible and not punctual behaviour . Very bad staff response . They are letting delivery drivers in but not serving the public . At 7:20 am While its opening time is 6 am Its unethical behaviour to deal customErs like that

I waited for a considerable amount of time and noticed that several customers who had ordered after me received their order before I did. Concerned about the delay, I approached one of the staff members to inquire about the estimated waiting time. However, she did not respond to my question and instead glanced at me without offering any explanation. Approximately a minute later, she handed me my order without saying a word and did so with a noticeably disdainful expression. This was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience at McDonald’s.
