The manager Nikos has worked here for like 10+ years and still doesn’t know how to make an iced coffee, they put espresso shots into an empty plastic cup and let it sit there before adding ice - it’s hard to watch… I think he’s busy trying to hold down conversation with the younger girls he employs who concentrate more talking about themselves than providing customer service and doing their job lol , laughable behaviour

I’ve take my son here for it’s atmosphere, both towards him and my two dogs which all get special attention, especially from Taylor and Kat who also show excellent compassion and empathy in their approach towards customers like my son, with multiple disabilities. Dirtiest Starbucks I ever been. Because this city close to the sea, birds spreading bin bags everywhere. streets are so dirty. And dog owners bring their pets to this shop, there is no rule nobody warn them. Those pets go all over those furnitures. Disrespect to other customers. I surprised just 4 years after covid people are so dirty again. Remember the lady who kissed a dog in Spain died days after. We want clean places Starbucks! It's absolutely unacceptable for a well-established company to employ people like this. They're practically rolling their eyes. Never go an hour before closing time. You might be met with a dismissive attitude like, "Why did you even come?" It was absolutely terrible. I couldn't even taste the espresso in my coffee. It was made with so much hatred.
