Aga our waitress was amazing and Michaela too. Aga helped me choose the best food which was the duck. The chef cooked our pizza and duck too perfection …. Was totally delicious and our waitresses had time to speak to us and assist us… very attractive staff marvellous branch of ZIZZI

Had dinner on a Thursday evening and it was really lovely. The staff were polite and attentive. Really loved the decorations for Valentine’s Day and illustration on the menu too. I had complimentary crisps and the food came out quickly. Generous portion of garlic bread and a mushroom risotto. I put the food as a 4 star as the mushroom risotto was slightly bland and the presentation of it wasn’t very appealing. Adding more flavour, more mushrooms and taking care of the presentation it would be 10/10 for me. Overall really great restaurant, very lovely staff and a great vibe.

Visited for lunch in Bournemouth. The food was good and I enjoyed my meal. However, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, yet we waited at the entrance for around a minute before anyone acknowledged us. The drinks arrived with some complimentary pasta shaped crisps, but they didn't seem particularly fresh as they lacked the usual crisp texture. It definitely wasn't a freshly opened bag. My cocktail was served with ice but was not properly chilled and was at room temperature, so the first few sips were not very pleasant until
