My coffee was cold, and when I mentioned it to the staff member who made it, he dismissed the concern and replied, "It isn't." He made another coffee, but it was burnt and unpleasant. What upset me most was the poor customer service. I've been coming to this coffee shop since my son was a baby – for over three years now – and it's sad to be writing this review. In the past, this cafe was amazing, which is why this experience was so disappointing. came at a busy time so no places to sit, coffee was good nothing crazy. matcha wasnt the best according to my friend. some of the drinks werent available like the frappes. we were there around 14:45 and most of the lunch stuff was gone so definitely should have come earlier. decor is really nice and it seems like a great place to get work done but unfortunately we couldnt experience that
